people believe that the earth just sprouted and everything just developed. its easy to have enough faith to believe that an all powerful being created everything.. its way harder to believe that every amazing aspect of life and anything that ever existed was evolved from lifeless matter.

= you niqquas having more faith than me. faith in the nothing that made everything the way it was. your religion is way more ridiculous than mine. and if im wrong, i decompose like everybody else. if youre wrong, you go to hell.

I dont believe in "nothing". I am a product of evolution. I trust science much more than a book of jewish fairytales. Religion is the worst thing that ever happened to humans. Just my two cents, everyone should be able to believe whatever they choose.

This is the sad reality of how little some religious people allow themselves to understand science.

There's one major difference between your religion, and science, skyline: verification. Science does not ask you to have faith in anything. Science only states as fact what can be tested, verified, and proven. The big bang? Evolution? There's a reason the word "theory" is placed behind these terms. Its to demonstrate science has not proven them, and therefore does not expect you to have faith in it beyond what we CAN prove.

I see this argument more and more all the time. Religious people wanting to believe science is just another religion. Validation through association. The most core idea of a scientist is to not simply have faith in anything. Its kind of sad to see someone so misunderstand that, just to validate their own religious beliefs.

Furthermore, if your God does exist skyline, he will know if you go to church every week just to hedge your bets on heaven and hell. If you are gonna have faith, you better dive in feet first, or you are simply kidding yourself.

I would never have posted this, if you (skyline) hadn't opened this box first. I believe in live and let live. I usually keep my mouth shut on religion, but I wont stand by and watch misinformation be spread.

You mean like, say, "global warming"? You call that "science"? Most "science" today is politicized or in the case of "global warming", no wait, they have changed it to "climate change", it is actually nothing more than a new religion. You know, the same religion you and others have so much fun dumping on. If you think just because there is the term "theory" behind something scientific gets you off the hook you are sadly mistaken. There is a lot of crappy science out there and there just as many crappy scientists out there as there are crappy religious leaders.

And if you think that "science" like evolution or the "big bang" can really be proven anymore than that God exists, you are as sadly misinformed as you think us religious nuts are. There is a shitload of guesswork going on in the realm of evolution and physics. Oh yeah, again, because you say that those are "theories", you're off the hook. So then why wave them around like they are the end all and be all? I believe in science when it can be empirically proven. To assume that we now know beyond any doubt that God does not exist and that we all evolved from the primordial ooze is to be as ignorant as you think us religious folk are.

There's a major "science fairytale" occurring right now, it's called "global warming/climate change", Al Gore is your Pope, and you all run around believing it and calling us kooks.
