Jensen vm9312 question???

I just bought a jensen vm9312 in-dash and my only concern is that everytime I turn on my car the volume is set to 27 which is a lil too high for me. Is there a way to set the volume lower when the unit is turned on? TIA

Do you have your 12volt memory wire hooked up? because it shouldn't be resetting your volume everytime...

It should be. Ill check it tomm, maybe it came off or became lose.

i have the vm9311ts and it does it too, but at 17 on volume. no idea. i know my wires are right.
