Rick, got the jenson today and it has a crack in it and it didn't have any remote or any of the other stuff that comes with them.It was the hu unit,main wires and frame and he's going to get back with you.

the guy is mad cause the hu is cracked he said when he first of all over nighted me on a friday night, the money and put it on express mail where i had to sign it which i was not at home. He had the option to uncheck that but he didnt he apparently didnt read when he was mailing it out to me. so he gets mad cause i dont ship it out till monday and i had to go to the post office on monday to get it on saturday i was at work and out of town and he gets mad cause i was not there to get it so i go on monday pick it up and ship it off. He also got mad cause i didnt get it on sunday which was mothers day which they did come but her i was sick and its mothers day wtf. So i shipped it off to him and he got i even bubble wrapped it he said it was cracked and was asking me why did i not insure it? I said you never said you wanted it insured plus you didnt pay for it. He was mad cause he wanted the hu in 2 days and got it in 3 days when he didnt even pay me enough to ship it in 2 days he only gave me enough for 3 day shipping. SO now he is mad and wants his money back from me and i am not going to give it to him b/c for one there was a middle man involved and 2. he should of been more specific about things and not made things so tuff on himself.

You should have used insurance though no matter if he paid it or not. Thats your fault. If it got there and was cracked, THATS YOUR FAULT. Always use insurance, THAT COVERS YOUR ***. Like in this instance. have hime ship it back and give the man his money back.
