Jensen VM 9410 memory not saving

Alright so i hooked up my jensen vm9410 power wire and acc wire to the wiring harness. And it turned on when my car was not on. The acc is coming for the fuse box on my friends 2000 cavalier.

I then put the acc with the power and power with the acc. It works correctly meaning when i turn my car on and off it works... but the memory will not save. The clock and cd spot always starts over.

I have also noticed that my dome light automatically turns off when i take my key out of the ignition and it never used to do that with my old panasonic cd player.

A guy at a local stereo shop said somthing about a door pin???any ideaas???

there is obviously no constant 12v so check the cars fuses worst comes to worst run a new constant wire

I had a panasonic HU that was hooked up perfect yellow to yellow and acc to acc. But it doesnt work for this jensen....

i dunno man. i had that deck and hated it caus eit broke down in so many ways.......i say ditch the deck and get something else....
