my jensen screen (if i remember the 9311?) was a complete pile of shit. when it was warm out, it would take 3-5 minutes to read a cd (if it read it at all) it had a sub control, but the bass control would ALSO control the subs, one of the chintzy little turn knobs broke off IN THE BOX (in other words it came to me broken) Picture quality was FANTASTIC, though...and it didnt skip at 150+ db..

sucvks for you maybe your model broke cause you got the lowest model they made lol i got a vm9021ts and havent had a problem at all with mine everything works great i got mine for sell right now 400 shipped. any one interested let me know but really this msg is for the thread starter.
