Jensen Any Good?????

My friend wants to trade my old school Legacy 240 watt amp for a broken Jensen flip out monitor. He says I can take into a sterio repair shop and have it fixed for cheap. But I saw Jensen radios at my local Homier (off brand chineise crap). But he says they make the best head units. Anybody ever hear of Jensen??

Jensen is settled firmly among the bottom dwellers in everything audio, especially HU's.

They don't make the best anything. They probably don't have a "decent" anything.

Some of their amps are CEA-2006 certified. That's as good as it gets.

i actually like my Jensen 9512 head unit....haven't had any problems out of it, and it does everything i need it do and more......but then again i've never really owned any top notch hu's
