Jeep Liberty 08 Amp set up

I started putting my Rockford Punch amp into my liberty so i could hook up my little RF 10' sub to get some sound, with out going aftermarket... i had some trouble at first because my stock radio doesn't have pre-out, so i put in a LOC. (Axxess 2 channel loc) i got everything hooked up but my sub doesn't seem to be firing at all... my amp turns on, because the LED lights up... i pulled out the sub and put in just a speaker to see if it was firing out signal... nothings happening what am i missing? if the amp come on, my ground is okay, right? the only thing i can think of is that my LOC ground wire isn't connect right... would this make the difference? can someone please help me... i want to keep the jeep with a stock HU but if i can 't get this amp and sub working then, i'm out of luck.... please help me...

yes check to make sure that the LOC is hooked up correctly. That thing is waht sends the signal to the amp. and it the amp is lighting up correctly then the amp should be okay.
