jeep ignition/starting major issue

well the pos is at it again..the jeep is starting and the starter is staying ingadged...when i turn the key off the starter stays trying to start the jeep for about 15 to 20 seconds after its off.....when its running and i pull the starter relay the starter disingadges but when i put a new relay it it does the same thing......any ideas

haha jk man i have a cherokee that randomly starts and doesnt when ever it feels like. i think its a the switch or a loose connection in the gear shifter becuase i have to wiggle it to get it to start, i guess its not thinking its in park.
