oh thanks, so the rated power difference is less than 20 watts per channel.No, it's rated 104w x 4 @ 4ohm
That is a pretty horrible manual IMO...LOL
It apparently has a crossover network, but I can't tell what all of the features of that crossover network are other than it "highpass" the front and rear speakers.
Just from an initial guess, given the vagueness of the manual, is that the selectable slope on the amplifier wouldn't be redundant.
So, it really comes down to if you are willing to pay the extra money for the more advanced crossover features, slightly more power (which given the small difference would likely be inaudible), and slightly more "stout" build/quality of the PX300.4
I'm more than pleased with my GTO75.4II, for what it's worth. But if you think the PX300.4 is worth the price difference for your needs, by all means go for it.
Next time just show him this list;Well I don't know Squeak, before I had even installed my PX300.4 a guy who owns a car stereo store criticized my selection of an amp. He said it was "ok" but JBL amps "color" the music.
Sweet. I think he is just the kind of guy that has to take a dig at anyone who is not running something he sells.Next time just show him this list;

Isn't that the case with 99% of the car audio sales guys out there? I seriously doubt the guy did an A-B comparison under the right conditions to validate what he was saying.Sweet. I think he is just the kind of guy that has to take a dig at anyone who is not running something he sells.
That I would have to agree with aswell.and I like the fact that the mounting legs are Aluminum vs. plastic legs on the GTO amps.
