The amp is the GTO 301.1ii, and the sub's are GT5-12's. single 4ohm VC's. The subs are rated at 275 watts each, while the amp is rated to put out a little over 300watts(and does a bit more than that). Everything is in good condition, there are no obscence marks or scratches on anything.
The amp comes with ~13ft of Streetwires 8 gauge power wire with a ring terminal on one end, and a mini-anl fuse holder with a 60 amp fuse. There's also some black split-loom over the first 3ft of the wire to protect it form engine heat. Also included with the amp is a pair of Streetwires ZN5(zero noise, very good rca's that I've used before) ~15ft rca's. Of course, everything is in good condition, with no cuts in any of the wire/rca.
The subs come in a gray carpeted sealed box from Car Toys. The carpeting is questionsable in some spots, but at least it has a box. If you'd like me to, I can build you a ported box for another $125. It'd be covered in a rhino lining type bed liner. PM me for some of my boxes if your interested.
