JBL ms62c or RE xxx6.5c

looking to pick up some components for my reg cab dakota. I currently have two AB xd8's for subs and am looking for more mid bass and sq. I think Ive narrowed it down to the those two and am looking to power them with a ppi 600.1 or a massive nx2 (under seat mounting). Any info on these would be greatly appreciated.

i havent personally heard the re's but the mid looks capable of some serious midbass doesnt it... on the other hand i have listened to the jbl's and i have a hard time believing there is a component set for less than $200 that sounds as nice as they do

I have MS-62C for $200 shipped. I also have the PPI P600.2 and the Massive NX2 available. Either amp will sound great on these speakers. You'd use less current with the P600.2, especially since you won't need to turn the gain up much to get a lot of output from MS-62C. I'm not an RE dealer but the JBLs would be very easy to fit in your doors, compared to the huge woofers in the XXX6.5C set.
