could i use a drywall router with the jasper jig?

is this the jig everyone uses for their subwoofer hole?

could i put this on a drywayll router or id need to buy a whole new router

Why haven't I heard of a drywall router?!

Anyway, I have that same exact Jasper Jig. Works wonders, every time.

You might wanna consider finding a used router in good condition, fairly cheap.

Depends on your drywall router. If it's a rotozip or the like they do make wood bits. They make their own circle jigs as a rotary tool has a different collar.

I ordered a craftsman router from ebay that came with a table for like $98 and it fits my 200j. I got it 2 weeks ago and works pretty well.

that craftsman sounds good and cheap. i just need one to get small jobs done since its only for making the hole for the sub and thats about it.

yeah idk if the drywall router is good i feel its like a rotozip looking one
