i go to h&r every year and get my refund in one day. it cost me usually around 60-100 bucks if i remember correctly. dont know about the other one. good luck

My mom used to get her taxes done by H&R.

Biggest financial mistake she ever made.

They simply didn't file them for her on two separate occasions. She's only now (5 years later) finally got her penalties, etc back under control, with the help of a VERY good accountant. They never told her, and she simply found out when CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) tightened the screws on her.

Get it done properly, or do it yourself. Don't screw around with these places, they have little to no proper training and unless you REALLY need the money that quickly, you're far better off getting someone properly trained to handle it.

It's your money after all.

Turbo Tax FTW

Turbo Tax is the way to go if you are doing your taxes yourself. If you are going to have them done, my choice is H&R Block. Went there last night at 7:00pm, and was out of there in 20 minutes. No cash out of pocket, and the fed check will be there next Friday, while the state check will be mailed to me in about the same time frame. Only cost $85, and they take the fees and such directly out of your return, so as i stated before, no cash out of pocket.
