Now everybody goes :gasp: how dare you call out Shane! I paid for a Viper 791 on Friday, 6/30. Then I went on vacation the following week and I finally PMed him again asking if it had been shipped. He said it had "left the warehouse" on 7-7. Well, more than 2 weeks later after it supposedly "shipped" I have nothing, not even a tracking number that I've asked for many times. He said it was shipped UPS Ground, even then it would only take 5 days max if the warehouse was in California. If the warehouse was in Iowa, it would only take 1 day.

So Shane, where the **** is my alarm? I've given you more than enough time to get your shit together so don't feed me anymore BS. Overnight that if you have to.

I think you need to check with the warehouse to get a tracking number because it's been a week, the UPS guy came and went, and still nothing. I see that you're in IA, according to UPS, when shipped ground, it should only take 1 day to get here. Even if it was shipped from California, it would only take 5 days.

a week is nothing. orders take 2-3 days to process at the warehouse, so that eats up half of your week right there. its been shipped.

Oh ok, I was just getting worried because last Friday you told me it left from the warehouse. Well, I'll let you know when it comes. Thanks.

So, it's been almost 2 weeks since the package supposedly left the warehouse (from the PMs on 7-7) and almost 3 weeks since I've paid (6-30). I don't have a tracking number or anything either.
The UPS guy came and didn't drop anything off so now I am pissed. If I do not receive a tracking number by the end of the day tomorrow, I will not hesitate to start a negative thread about this transaction.

I'm sorry for being a dick, I'm usually laid back about this, but I'm to the point where I do not want to be lied to anymore and I just want my package.

gimme your info; paypal addy, date of payment, name, address, what you purchased.

I will need those things to ask the warehouse for tracking.

Speak of the mother****ing devil, the UPS guy came to my HOUSE and dropped off a package which was sure enough, the alarm. It was next day aired and scheduled for a Saturday delivery. I appreciate the gesture Shane, but had I not bothered you as much as I did, I don't know how long it would have taken to receive this.

it took around 14 days for me and 16 days for him to get our packages.

The UPS pick-up from our warehouse takes forever. It took 4 business days for a 14oz package to make it from Nashville to Memphis.

If so, that's news to me. He should have informed me of that which would have avoided this whole incident.

Also, there's pretty much no way either of us would have known that it had gotten lost because neither of us had tracking numbers.
