From what I understood, this was only if you did not have an account number.DHL sent me something in the mail that they were removing all ground and express orders in the US
This is from the "Schedule a Pickup" section from their site:
As of November 10, 2008 DHL Express U.S. no longer accepts Domestic Express and Ground shipments, unless a valid DHL account number is used for payment.
