I ran one of my 05 xxx's sealed off 4-500 watts. It did... okay. Certainly needed more power to really do its thing though.

Okay so i grabbed a fi q 12'' D2 and a sundown SAE-1000d now my next question is should i go ported or sealed? Also if anyone has some scematics or something of a good box design for this sub that to would be greatly appreciated.

For the type of music you listen to i would say try sealed.
