IVA-D310 w/ IVA-D300RB Brain??

So I recently acquired an Alpine IVA-D310 from my brother.

But somehow he ruined his brain.

I came across a brain from a IVA-D300rb..

Would it work with my Unit??

I'm pretty much a newbie..
