that happened to me two, it said i had 2 of each song, so i just went through my whole library and deleted every other song

in iTunes: put all the songs in the list. Edit: Show duplicate songs. You can delete what you want from there.

And theres nothing better than a 40 GB iPod that holds 6500+ songs don't tell me different.

Back on topic....

Go to your music folder that is under Itunes music. Each folder will show up seperatly on the ipod. Combine all alike artist names and that will solve your problem.

If you have a misellanious folder you need to combine them too.

ipods are great, bottom line. if you know how to really use itunes and keep things organized, it makes the whole thing even better.
