Actually, there are plenty of ways to confirm the type of missle even after it blows up.. you just have to care to look... and I'm pretty sure I thought I saw an article where they mentioned 2 missles didn't explode on impact.. Not to mention, different types of missles have different looks and behaviors while in the air, and Scud missles can be identified as such, if and when someone cares to actually look at them.. Just because you have a missle doesn't mean you are in violation of the Resolutions.. But, there is no explaining that to someone that would take a bottle rocket

I have issue when people don't really listen to what's being said and take things out of context.. something the media makes easy.. to slant what people 'hear' without actually being liable.. That is, I hear 'alleged' and 'possible' all the time, yet MOST people don't listen to that part, and think we have 'proof'.. im actually a senior in high school. i am in a couple college level courses...but that doesn't mean that someone that dropped out of high school doesn't know as much as me. Neither you, nor I, nor a Harvard or Yale graduate knows enough to make the decision of war or not. We do not know the facts. The government keeps things from us..which they should. Honestly i think they tell us too much. And just so you know...my brother is a Yale graduate and is entering Harvard graduate school this upcoming fall. So unless I got the complete opposite genes as my brother, I'm not stupid. Our education system is as good as people make it. Just as our government is as good as people make it. It's those select few that oppose it and blame it on the school/government that ruin everything. Why are schools out in the country or in better parts of the city known to be better education wise? Because of the students that go there. If you really think about it...you are one of those kids in school that act up all class because they are against it and ruin it for everybody else. Just as opposing the government...you are doing nothing by opposing it besides hurting us.

K.. I listened to it.. What was I supposed to hear? The average American with poor opinions and no understanding of their position? Ok, I heard that.. I would have been afraid to tell Muhammad that 'yes, Saddam needs to be removed', cause he would have either cut me off and taken that to mean he was right, or I would have finished my statement.. That being, if the Iraqi people hate him SO much, and know he has to 'step down', then why not take care of it themselves? Coups happen all the time, Civil wars happen all the time.. If their freedom isn't that important to them, why should we risk OUR lives to help them out? That's from a 'country' standpoint.. Personally, I would welcome the idea of killing all the total psycho dictators out there, but the TRUTH of the matter is, our Government SUPPORTS most of them for a time to get what they want.. we only get mad and take action when they quit being our puppets.. Pretty sad, huh?

Osama bin Laden used to be on the CIA payroll.. we SUPPORTED him and worked with him.. then he got mad and attacked us.. You can't tell me we didn't know he was a religious zelot when we started paying him for his help.. we knew, didn't care.. And we welcomed Saddam in Iraq when he took over.. now we don't like him?

The bottom line is, we can NOT, as a country, run around the world 'saving' everyone.. we keep meddling in affairs of others for our own needs, then when things change it all blows up in our face..

I've gotten it all along.. YOU are the one oblivious.. we did NOT get an 18th and FINAL resolution established with clear dates and courses of action.. Saddam was destroying missles and we said "to late".. If we had at least tried, perhaps there wouldn't be such opposition to the war.. but, morons like you keep (as I pointed out you would) bring up the 12 years crap.. this is NOT about the last 12 years or 17 other resolutions.. Most of the world had no idea what was going on over there during the past 12 years (not that I'd seen anything on it so it was apparently 'specialty news'..)..

Bush is not there for disarming.. he is not there for the Iraqi people.. he is there for oil and a vendeta and to get a foothold in the Middle East.. if he was TRULEY there for disarming, he had an obligation to JUSTICE and FAIRNESS to push the final resolution.. regardless of the ultimate outcome..

but.. whatever... as I said, you will continue to use the last 12 years and Bush - I's lack of stopping a pshcho as a justification for giving up and killing American troops and Iraqi civilians.. *applause* good show..

This I actually do agree with you...but do you honestly think the people of Iraq have the courage to stand up to Saddam, after he has killed thousands upon thousands of his own people? Did the Germans stand up to Hitler?
I do agree that yes, we should not be trying to go around and saving everyone around the world...but I also agree that Saddam poses a threat to us...

Another reason I believe we went after Iraq is so we can gain some more leverage on N. Korea...but what do I know.
