It'll buff out?

Go find a shop you like, have them give you an estimate. That is the only way to check what your insurance is telling you. Make sure it is a reputable shop. Find a place that works on european cars. Don't even think about going to Maaco.

If the car is not driveable, which that appears to be the case, many/most shops will send an estimator to you as long as it is not too far out of reach. Take pictures of the interior with the doors open, the engine compartment with the hood up and the back with the trunk/hatch up, for your records. Pull up the mat in the trunk to check the sheet metal under it. Crumple zones can appear untouched when in fact they are not, so you have to look carefully for signs of distortion. Some of it is not detectable without measuring.

your car shouldn't be claimed as a loss. the damage can be repaired. i've seen worse cars get repaired. i had a friend driving a jeep liberty drunk hit a street light head on doing 50 and the car was repaired. car had less that 3k miles on it too.

It will be claimed as a loss. The repair company would basically put a complete new rear end on the car. When Both rear quarter panels are hit, they rather do that than try to fix it. I have a bunch of friends that do autobody and my uncle's done it for over 30 years. He fixed my wifes car which was damaged in 1 quarter panel (quite similar to what you have there). At the time he said that if I was a regular customer, they would have replaced the rear end, which would be pretty spendy. That axle will be expensive. Add in the doors and everything else, it's definitely more than 40% of the value of the car (most insurance thresholds) so I'd bet it will be totaled out.

depends on what was actually damaged...if it was removable pieces, then they can be replaced for cheap and body work done.

if for example the rear camber issues is a control arm broke, then it can be replaced and the fender well replaced....however if the frame side mount for the control arm is what is bent or broke, then it will be much more expensive to fix and may be deemed a total
