Issues with Pioneer/Ipod adapter HU

Well, i wired everything up in my new vehicle (02 avalanche), and im having issues with the ipod controller/adapter for the pioneer headunit (DEH-780MP). Well, the HU recognizes the controller is plugged into the headunit, and it will recognize whether the ipod is attached or not. I can even pick songs and whatnot to play, but the HU will not produce sound while using the ipod. CD's and radio work fine, but not the ipod.

try resetting your ipod.

try loading up the newest software reset for the ipod from apple.

x2, reset your ipod. Mine had this problem and it was just a bad computer to ipod transer i guess cause i went back and re-put the songs on it and it works fine now.

whelp, i tried resetting and reloading the musiic on the ipod. I just did a reformat though on my computer, so all the music is being reloaded off my external hard drive and i'll reupdate the ipod again. I hope it works this time lol
