ok here is the question. not sure if anyone know much about this kind of design. i was actually just laying here in bed and thought of an idea with like 16 15s in a design like this. im just not sure how the push/pull would factor into this. im not actually doing this but it just came to my mind if it would work if u did 2 different chamber the same size. and do dual port each side to make each chamber tuned the same.

something like this?

ive calculated it out to be

34 cube per chamber tuned to 40hz in each chamber. i just dont know about how the pull and pull method works. id like to try this with some cheap 6.5" woofers and see how it works.

well it could be done the way it was shown in the diagram. the digram shown is to have a flat response between the 2 frequencies. either way the question is how does the push and pull work in a design like this. i mean it would be pretty easy to change the chambers and thier tuning just by sliding the baffle wall.

true, and what do I know, maybe that'll be an SPL monster with no wasted motion for the subs. I just imagine it sounding REALLY WEIRD being that oneside's output will be 180 degrees out of phase with the other.

yah thats basically the part i have a question about. since ive yet to see a design done like this. thats why i think i might try it some small cheap woofers just to see how it works out. try 2 8's, 2 10's. then put them in a common chamber ported box tuned to the same and see how the output differs.

so in the design that i just showed. ok so both drivers are only acting like 1 driver. so bascially it is just a normal 6th order. wtf is the point of that lol waste of money haha. i guess it "looks" cool having that many drivers
