Well my newest lil guy's just dropped off yesterday. The doctor did comment that it was the biggest tallywhacker he has seen on a baby in some time though.....

Yea, I just had my son snipped, which was the motivation for this thread... The doctor was going on about pulling the remaining skin back daily.. said it would grow a little each time, maybe up to 10 or 12 inches... lol
