Is this worth the money?

I made a thread earlier about wanting to take out all of my speakers and start over. I found a place that has a package deal and was wondering people's opinions on this. Also, is this a pretty good deal or should I look elsewhere? Package includes

Front Speakers:

Rainbow Audio Sound Line 5.25" Midbass x 2,

BSW 2.5" Midrange x 2,

Rainbow Audio .75 " Silk Dome Tweeter x 2

 

Rear Speakers:

Rainbow Audio IQ Line 5.25"

Midbass, Rainbow Audio .75 " Silk Dome Tweeter x 2 ------------------------------------------> $499

^^^^This will all be ran with an alpine 45x4 amp

I've also decided to keep one of my subwoofers and put it in a sealed box off of a 500/1.
