Is this possible?

I have (2)4ohm svc kenwood w2511 subs and planning on running them either on a PA BB650.1 or BB650.1B

Will I be able to run these at 2 or 1 ohm?

I don't much about wiring.

Your options are 2 or 8 ohms

no you can not. Roll with me here, think of each input as a number, for example each one of your subs as one set of inputs on it. each one of those is the number 4(4 ohms) so when you put them together you can multiply or divide by 2 according to what you want to do. wiring in series multiplies and wiring in parallel you divide. So you would be wiring them in parallel to get a final impedance of 2 ohms(4/2=2). If you were to wirer in series you would get a final impedance of 8 ohms(4x2=8).

p.s. you can not reduce or increase the ohms after you have one set of inputs left.
