i would guess with enough expirence and knowledge yea but the person would have too know the vehicle as well as the setup

There are a lot of variables...but if you tell people about what you are going to run (car,amp make,and model of the amp,kind of subs,size of box,ported or sealed,batteries,and wiring) somebody out there probably has a similar set up.They could give you an idea.
