I was talking to this guy who competes and he told me he took 2and place hitting 160.xx with two l5's

can you hit that high with 2 l5's?. I dont know any details on box/amp but he mentioned he had 2 batteries

it could happen, but there are a lot of things that would need to be perfect or better than perfect for it to happen, the box, the vehicle, the amps, the weather etc

In the port sure, and prolly on an AC, but no way on a TL legal, NO WAY, and L5s i doubt can take enough power to put up over a 150, especially only 2.

i've seen a guy do a 140 on the termlab by giving L5's like 400-500 watts each..ported of course.

ok I mis-read the OP, I thought it was 2 15" subs. I didnt see the l5 meaning L5's, dont know which sub that refers to so Ill have to retract my statement up there
