Is this another ebay scam?

ok so i sold a item to a guy he has 0 feedback and he paid me for it alrdy but the address he gave me is not matching up to ups and i emailed him on his ebay and his email and get no reply is he planning on retracting his money later on? he bought it on the 9/30/07 and i replied back to him on that day to so whats going on you think he is scamming me it says he has been memeber since dec 06 but has 0 feed back so what should i do ?

the last guy who bought something form me retracted his money 3 months later and paypal plaed it on hold but took the fund out and is now reviewing the matter since i have proof i sent it off but thats been 3 weeks now i am still waiting on my money back.

I dunno how he can retract his money through paypal. You should only send to the address on file with paypal. The only way I know of for him to get his money back is for you to issue a refund. And by take payment through paypal they cover you against frauds and scams.

yeah im not worried but the thing is about the retracting if you call your credit card comp. and tell them someone stole your card they can retract it back.

I thought after 45 days you can't file a claim or have one filed against you.

im not sure maybe its different cause its his credit card company. and thats my mistake its not 3 months i just checked its about 45 days ago like u said. he bought it in beg of aug then tried to get it back some time in sept. not sure on date but i can go check if needed.
