Is this an okay amplifier for the kid's car?

Trying to put her something together something on the cheap that will sound good. She likes the system listed for the Honda but it is TOO much cash. Trying to piece it all together before Christmas and just ordered a new Sony head unit that will take care of that. I will be replacing her door speakers with 6.5" components and the rear 6x9's plus adding more than likely a RE SE-12 like I have since it plays so good. Crazy as it seems I wanted to stay around $500 or so for the entire system. I spent $150 on the radio and figure another $225 on the speakers and what ever the current price is on the SE-12. Haven't had much luck finding decent used stuff and I would like to go one 5 channel amp to do it all since that will save space and money I figure. I need one that will go 75x4@ 4 Ohm and at least 500x1@ 2 Ohm to drive the SE-12. Know anything out there for cheap that will? This is the best I found on E-Bay but don't know the brand:

Why not stick with a 4-channel amp, run two channels to the front components and bridge the other two for the sub, then let the head unit handle the rears? That would widen your options a lot, and I doubt she'd notice the difference between amping/not amping the rears with a sub in the system.

I like that idea! I am not up on the hook-up of things so how do you go about just running HU power to the 6x9's? Wonder how hard it would be to find an amp that will give 75-100W to the components yet still deliver 500-600 to the SE-12? What are the amp specs I should look for?

Okay, so now that I actually did some research, it might be hard to find a 4-channel amp that does what you're looking for. The problem is that the SE12 is only available as a dual 4-ohm, so the bridged amp would have to be able to handle a 2-ohm load. 4 channel amps that can handle 2 ohms bridged aren't all that common. An example would be a Rockford T8004, which could be wired to send 50 to each component and 400 to the sub.

soundstream vga800.5 does it as well, but it's the exact same power output as the rockford
