is this an ebay scammer?

hey i won an ebay auction for a dvd burner.. the link to the auction is here:

i didnt notice that it said NO PAYPAL in bold print under payment info. it links to some website called auction logistix to pay. is it legit? it has a verisign logo and when u click on the verisign logo it reads auction logistix is a verisign secure site. i dont know what that means but will this be a safe transaction?

well i just looked at the feedback. i think youll be ok.

i myself just had a semi bad experience with egay. i ordered a dynamat extreme trunk kit. it took the guy like four days to even ship it. i got it yesterday and the box was all beat up but the dynamat was ok so i guess i cant complain. the stuff was new but you woulda never guessed it looking at the box. btw it was shipped in its own box not in a bigger brown box with packing peanuts.
