Also, can the output RCAs be used as the input?

Easy if you know how to solder.

No, output is output, like wise the input. If you mean moving the actual rca connector, then yes, you can move it, however it can be bought for cheap.

What amp is it? And its super easy to solder. Look it up on YouTube. Took me like 3 mins to learn it and it'll save you a lot instead of taking it to a repair shop.

Nothing wrong with the system. humming sound. Just the amplifier. Just switch it to volume maximum, then enjoy the music there. Loud. Sorry...
