is this amp safe?

Im running these speakers right now(i know not great but came with the car.

This is the amp i currently have running them.(high school student no job what can i say lol.)

The Hifonics would be a BIG improvement over a Jenson amp.

i know lol but am i safe runnin that much power to those speakers(not the greatest speakers, no job to upgrade). If so do i just keep the settings low and safe to run 8 ga to it.(cause its already ran to jensen)

install the hifinics is a much better amp pioneer speakers are not good on SQ but supports abuse

lol i understand its a much better amp but its safe to run those off of it or do i just want to keep the levels down? never tuned a speaker amp wut do i do?
