Is this amp any good??

i used to own one. it sounded pretty good. tha thing was a beast for sure. large.

it will do rated. clamped at 728 at 2.2ohms on 13.6.

so at 14.4 at 2 youll have over 750.

highs are a tad harsh, but you can adjust tunings for it. the sub channel hits great.

Amp the front speakers and either bridge the rear for the sub or get a separate sub amp. F the rear speakers.

i think you misread... This is a 5 channel and has an independant 5th channel thats class d for subs. 1000x1 at 1

Not a great amp, I guess if you want cheap power for spl. Not great for sq though. Depends on what you want I guess.

He is trying to get what he can with the money he has. Not everyone has a ton of cash to play with. He can always get a nice eq if he wants it to sound a bit cleaner.

ok , well here are some actual good amps for around the same price.

As you can see most don't put out as much power on the sub channel, but these all are good clean power and many are underated. Also most of them are cheaper than the one you listed. The one you listed can be had for cheaper also at least on sonic it is cheaper.

That stereo will work just fine for the money, and you may want to take a look at another amp as well for a budget saving prospect as well,at olinecarstereo.com-Precision Power/PPI Sadona S580.5=185.00/SOUND STREAM PX 5.580=179.00/**Alphasonik PM12005E=239.00,..All new,and budget amps, that will /seem to perform decent for under 250.00???Worth taking a look at??Yet,that radio will work with all these without any issues as far as rca connecting goes..plug rt in.Hope this helps out some,and find what you want within your budget:thumbupw:
