Is this a good headunit? pioneer deh-p7700mp

it is definatley an older headunit.. its in my girlfriends grandprix right now and has been there since she bought it 2 years ago.. not sure if its a quality headunit or not.. but how much do you guys think i could get out of it? Im looking to put a headunit that has a usb port into her car.

I had a Pioneer deh series in my 99 gtp. Excellent radio, but I'm partial to Pioneer.
