God Damnit, I knew I should have went to FRYs instead of Brandsmart....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif
How much was it at Brandsmart? I almost went there, but it's 2 hours away. Luckily a local family owned place had it for the price I wanted.

LCD lag......lol
You have never seen motion blur on LCD's? It really takes away from the picture quality and I find it quite annoying. When you are comparing inexpensive plasma's to cheap LCD's, I'll take the plasma's all day. Cheaper, better blacks, no motion blur. Only downside is they get warm and use a bit more electricity.

There is a Plasma 50 inch TV at walmart just like that one... but sanyo brand.. for 828.

At only 32", the 1080i/p won't make a difference. Save your money and go with a 720p. I'd highly recommend a Samsung. Do some researching and you'll find that Samsungs are consistently among the best.

Plasmas also don't generally last as long as long as LCDs and have more problems/more expensive to fix, and heavier. I would go with an LCD personally. And SPLV is right, at 32" I'd get a nicer 720P than a cheaper 1080P TV. Best bet is to bring in a movie and ask to play it on the tvs at a brick n mortar shop. They will gladly let you hook up a DVD and play with the calibration settings.

A hell of a lot more, I got a 46 inch from them and it was **** near the Frys price FTL. I guess b/c Brandsmart it like 10 min from my house vs 45 to dry to Frys I wasn't thinking straight

I agree, you wont notice the difference btw 1080i/p with that size television. Its only noticeable when you start going 46 inch and up and thats up close, the further away you wont tell anyways. Brandsmart is trying to push LG tvs at the moment, I was not impressed with the picture or the Salesperson trying to unload that overpriced shit.

i disagree, i have a 24" monitor and the difference from 1920x1200 to 1280x768 is very noticable even though it is a "smaller" screen.
Psshhh...You must have special eyes. Look it up, foo. It's all in your head.
