is this a good gameing tv?

i can't help you for your situation, but i'm am looking for a tv/moinitor to replace my dual monitor setup. i'm looking for a 30-32".

i like dell's 32wide lcd monitor(brother has one) and i'd like to save on some sace and the mess of wires and would like to run 1 large wide montior. the problem with the 32 from dell is they are still expensive as hell. not looking to spend 1200 bucks. so does anyone have a suggestion on what cheaper tv will work well for a computer monitor setup at a high resolution? not really for gaming as i don't game on my computer much anymore but is a gamer built computer. though a little outdated.

anyone use a TV for Monitor around here?

i used a 720p 37" olevia as a monitor for about 6 months and it worked fine, but a 1080p would be better

You need at least 5ms response time. I have 2ms response on my gaming screen.

I am using a 22'' Westinghouse for gaming.

I just wanted something as tall as my 20'' old tv.
