So there's a guy in my area selling the old version Alpine type r in a box with an alpine mrp-m500 amp. The amp is apparently missing a screw. He's asking $150. What do you guys think? I attached some pictures. Thanks

Not really. You get one of the newer 600w type r's for 75 and easily find a 500w amp for 75 also. You can get the brand new 500w type s's for like 70-80 bucks.

Sub isn't bad, amp isn't bad, box is trash.

If you can't find anything else I'd go no higher than 120 then build a box and listen to da boom

Just the sub and amp are worth a bit more more than $150 so as long as it all works its a fair price.
