Is this a good deal?

Two Memphis class S 12's in a sealed Memphis box and one Memphis PR 1.500 amp. Everything including the wiring for $300. I did look at and listen to them so I know they work. I will be putting these in a 2008 Acura TL. I just wanted to get an opinion from you guys. Thanx

I am guessing you mean that is what the "S" stands for. I did not really know that. But I would like to conserve as much trunk as possible so if that is what it takes. Then yes.
