the scratches on the sub won't hurt...Thats a pretty heavy box also...I believe it is made out of 1" mdf

why don't you look into Mach5 audio. they are in Canada. from reviews they seem good. the owner comes on here too. i think his name is Mark.

everbody hates on JL here, thats reasonable for the price, you know your getting quality product. if the money isnt an issue and it suits your needs buy it, you'll be happy.
