Confirmed by nick, that is a BL.
Old style 2 slug BTL's don't have stickers (or the indentation) in the backplate.

That is in fact a newer BL. The new BLs are very similar to the older 2 magnet BTLs (which 2 magnet and 3 magnets used to be options for). While not truth in advertising from whoever you purchased it from, in reality they aren't too far off.

We rate them from 1000-2000W depending on the options selected. For most a solid 1500W works great.

check the lead wires don't new fi subs have lead wires woven into the spider

I had a old 2 stack btl and the lead wires are right in the open

**** thing ripped apart and tore holes in the spiders.
