anytime i turn off my hu, my back left speaker gets staticy. its really hard to actually explain the noise but staticy is the closest i can describe it as. Anyway, i know its wiring somewhere from the hu to the speaker because i switched sides of speakers and when i disconnected the left side it stopped completely. ive been told many times its most likely a wire in the harness???

basically i wanna know 1, where would i look first?

2, does it being the harness make sense?

and 3, IF it is the harness, i have a 04 cavalier and all gm vehicles now are wired to the deck therefore when u put in a hu u need some kind of bypass kit. would i need to buy a whole new bypass kit, or is the harness something totally different, which i can get for cheap

They're rear speakers. Unhook them.
