is there a safe and quick way to pay someone without paypal?

so im looking at buying some stuff from someone on another forum, and neither of us have paypal. im looking for a way that is safer than sending a money order or a check that is also faster. anyone have a way?

i've had success with moneygram. depends on what you're buying. if you feel they aren't going to screw you over, then go for it. use your head.

the issue here is how can he be sure that after he sent the money the seller will ship the item. paypal, ebay and amazon you can dispute, to some extent, like pro rabbit says wu or moneygram once the money is received that's it

True..I agree..Some people just dont like giving out personal information for some reason to be able to purchase off the internet,even though it can save them quite a bit of money, and able to locate excellent deals.
