is there a program to put good bitrate song with the video

im getting a indash and i wanted to play a video when the song played, but most videos the music is sucky cause of compression, what program could i use to use a good video from a song and put it with one of my good songs

Adobe Premiere perhaps?

You'll probably need to remux the better sounding audio track in with the video.

What type of videos does the indash play? MPEG, AVI, DivX, etc.?
