is there a diffrence between nominal power and RMS or are they the same

im trying to do my 07 suburban, i have 2 15' HCCAs. im trying to find loud componants and coaxils,

looking at bostons cause they say between 125-150w rms, depending on what i want to pay,

i also hear that focals are good, but they only say 70w nominal power, is there a diffrence and if so whats the diffrence between nominal and rms? thank u
