Well, I was bored last night around 3AM, and I did...

I consider it false advertising because they trumpet around the Wave Radio like it was something really new or improved...when in fact it's nothing but a mediocre-to-average broadcast band tuner stuck in a well-engineered TL. i am for bose's design abilities, against their marketing. the two in one or wte surround pack is the oldest trick in the book. this NEW technology that "digitally" bounces sound off the walls to create the illusion of surround.

You can't put it past them to use anything to make that sale. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if they claimed that Bose invented the modern transducer.

OK i have no problem admittting i am a home audio noob, and i also have no problem admitting that when i heard a bose lifestyle system demo in a BOSE store awhile bak, i was very impressed with the room filling sound and how small the speakers were...now i see taht NO ONE on here thinks it sounds good...sigh...i have alot to learn...what kinda of home audio speakers do you guys use that are soo much better than bose? and if anyone lives in the south texas area lemme kno so i can come be blown away by the awesome sound

On a side note, if you can get yourself to a good HiFi shop and demo a $40k + setup it WILL enlighten you.

Back in '96 or so I had the pleasure of listening to a pair of B&W 801's powered by McIntosh monoblocks and I learned then that there were amazing possibilities in audio reproduction, much more than I ever could have guessed.
