Is the JBL 1200.1 stable at 1 ohm??

I ordered a DD 9512e Dual 2 ohm, but I told them to go ahead and give me a Dual 4 ohm because I was thinkin about gettin the JBL 1200.1. I have a Kicker 800.2 right now and I wanted to see how it pushed the DD before I ordered the JBL.

So if i got the Dual 2 ohm which the lowest load it would produce would be 1 ohm. THen if i decided to get the JBL 1200.1, which some say is stable at 1 ohm and some say its not...would I be okay??

the JBL is one ohm stable.BUt how much money do u have.

It'll run at 1ohm.

Though I'd be looking for a different amp. Just my opinion though.

See how it works with the Kicker and go from there.

Hey thanks guys for your fast replies. I emailed DD and told them to ahead and get me the Dual 2 ohm so I can test out how my Kicker pushes it. I have $300 bucks to spend on an amp.

$300 is plenty to get a, in my opinion, much better amp than the 1200.1
