i dont know i went outside before to start my car and it made that clicky sound like when the batterys dead, but its a brand new red top and i got the h.o alt so idk, and and its like 5 degrees out
did you test the voltage on the batt? Sounds like it is dead.. Tap the starter with a hammer a couple of times. if it is frozen that would break it free.

Also, check all battery/starter connections. Are the main battery cables in good shape or are they old? Bad cables will present the same thing, clicking...

x2, i highly doubt the starter is frozen. i think theres a bad battery connection. I never had a frozen starter in all my years driving in canada. I don't even think they can freeze.
