Is Miller 2/0 welding cable good to use for power and ground wire?

Yes! It's an excellent option for power/ground cable. I use all weld my cable on my install. 2/0 front to rear and then 1/0 or 4awg to the amps. You can get it for cheap on amazon with same day delivery also.
