So I've been bass-less for awhile and im getting tired of it.

I've got my sony stuff in my truck, and I'm going to pull it out of there no matter what.

Is it worth it to run the wires through the Jetta just to have bass until I can afford something better?

I'd be using my Sony XM-SD61x (300x1 @ 4, 600x1 @2), and either

2 10" Kicker CVR's (my friend will let me have them if I build a box)

or

1 12" Sony Xplod (I own it but would have to build a new box)

The only thing I would have to buy would be a david navone LOC but I'd need that even if I decide not to do this.

Run with the Kickers and build a box. you will be a lot happier with those instead of the xplods. depending on the resistance of the kickers, that is. If that amp is only stable to 2ohm, you may have a problem there.

Yeah, why not? Get the kickers and build a ported box. Do you know the VC config on em?

i think the kickers are dual 4 ohm, but im not sure...if they are then i cant do it...my amp isnt 1 ohm stable...but im trying to get ahold of the kid and find out for sure

well my stock speakers are pretty good though, im able to live with it
