A kid wants to trade me 4 10" kicker Comp's 05 C10-4 and $100, for my 10 JL W7. Would I be dumb to not take this trade?

the 4 10s will be louder becuase of cone area,but the w7 will sound better,I would keep the w7.

Whereas once upon a time the "Comp" driver from Kicker used to be one of their better subs it is now their entry-level driver.

The Dub7, obviously, is JL's top dog.

If you bought the W7 at retail pricing then I would have to say to tell your buddy to go fly a kite.

ive always wanted to run 4 kicker comp 12s and a 1200.1..i heard it once and it was actually decent..

waste of money tho..never be able to sell them. and id only do it to do it..not keep it
